Fraud, breach of contract

I will give more details soon, but here's a rundown.

We had a contract for $25k in 2007. He promised car would be done in 2008 dates came and went, car still not done. Payment made of $17k then balance to be paid in exchange for completed car. 2010 invoice recieved after numerous attempts to get car back and done. The invoice was for $29k still owed! WHAT!

His wife basically backdated invoice and added $21k in unauthorized work. We contacted BAR to investigate him and he retaliated. He said we shouldn't have done that. He has also threatened me "bad things were going to happen", which was all caught on video and showed to police officers. Police were not surprised they were called, they are familiar with them pulling these scams with many consumers. They think intimidating me will make me surrender, LOL! I will get the truth and justice!

Don't do business with them please! Look up BBB, BAR and all the cases files with CA in Orange County Courts. You don't need to take my word, just research them.

Alone these things may be insignificant but all together they are CROOKS! They will deny everthing and try to "put victim on trial" as you can see with other reviews. If they are legit and are practicing good business why the threats? Why is their rebuttle for every complaint the same? They say everyone is crazy, that only works for so long.
