It took 4 months to get paid by Sox, only after threatening for months did I get a response. Aliso Viejo California

I took a job with SOX in Nov. Of 07. After the agreed upon wait period I submitted my invoice as stated in contract. Two months later no response.invoiced several more times, called more than several times to talk to accounts payable always sent to voice mail. Finally I got smart and looked them up on the BBB, and Notary Rotary, real bad news.

I emailed the BBB filed a complaint, and called the sherrifs department in Orange County CA. They told me to file a complaint againist SOX at my local police dept and then my police dept would fax it to Orange County economics fraud division. I haven't heard anything from them yet, that was a month ago.

I then emailed SOX VP of Operations and told her she should be ashamed of the company she works for and what liars and cheaters they all are. She emailed me right away and asked what I was after. I recieved my payment the next week, even had the accounts payables puppet call me, you could tell she is under a lot of preassure cause she was so rude.

I let SOX know that I had contacted the Orange County Sherrifs office, maybe that got thier attention. If everyone that was owed money would contact the OC sherrifs office this maybe the company could clean up it's act.
