Never gave me back at least some of my money back for a borken ca

I purchased a vehicle from andy's in february, at first water kept coming in the car from the trunk because of the rain and the car was in an accident, i had already put 1000.00 down on the car and he had me to pay 338.75 more for taxes at the almost the end of february the car started shutting off and on with me after a hour and 45 minutes drive, so i turned the car back in because the car kept shutting off and on with me, my father did a tune up and a oil change and the car still shut off and on with me when i bought the car it was suppose to only have 80,000 miles but it had 81,000 miles now i cannot recieve anything back from the car. I will never buy a car from him anymore
