Les than perfect

I have used Les Schwab for many years and only have 3 small complaints. Complaint 1: While servicing my vehicle a technician over tightened a lug nut and broke a stud. I was informed of the damaged stud and told that they don't carry it in stock, but if I picked one up they would install it for free. The replacement stud was only about a dollar so it is hard to get very upset, but they broke it, and they should have ordered it. Complaint 2: While attempting to do a tire change in the field I discovered that my lug nuts were over tightened and it took me and my 250 lb frame standing on a star wrench until it twisted beneath me to finally break the lug nuts free. These guys are trigger happy with an impact gun. Complaint 3: I went to get a damaged tire replaced with an additional H speed rated radial only to discover that the original tire was not H speed rated as I had requested at the time of the original sale. I know I requested an H speed rated radial as that is all I use, ever. I would have gladly paid the few extra dollars to get what I wanted but feel the sales staff failed to listen to my desires and just slammed me. These are the same tires I was out on the highway driving at close to 100 MPH on occasion and just thinking about it today gets me queasy. Although Les Schwab has been less than optimal I still go there for the low prices, wide selection, and fast service, but they fall short of my measure of perfection.
