False Advertising regarding sales promotion

An advertisment on the radio for Regal Kia "needing 2nd chance, Credit does not matter, if you have a job $0 down, if you don't $1 down on a new or used Kia, Chevrolet etc... This is a lie. A credit check is ran and with a full time job was still denied regarding my debt to income ratio. Would not take into consideration that as I live with someone and do not make a mortage or rent payment and said the banks had to have something. Was trying to talk me into having a co-signer. What about the people that do not have a job. How were they going to pay. I believe that this is false advertising especially when they say credit does not matter. I would not ever go back to this dealership nor would I recommend anyone I know to purchase a car from them.
