While at Bill Heard Chevrolet last year looking at a used Malibu Maxx, the salesman took our information, and I asked them if they were going to run our credit, he assured me that this was not going to happen. A month ago I signed up with Free Credit report.com and sure enough a litle mark from Bill Heard Chevrolet was there showing they had ran our credit. We did not purchase any car from them, and there was no reason for them to run our credit.
Stay away from Bill Heard Chevrolet, they are as crooked as it gets, do a search here on usacomplaints.com on their name and there is multiple complaints.
