This company will not fix anything that a driver writes up. They make sure that you will not get paid properly or dont give you seniority. They pick the drivers that they like and allow them to make all the money. They have discriminated against women/woman with seniority issues which can be proven by our logs and yet they told me they do go by seniority. The safety man freddie lawson has sent many w pictures to women of his genitals and then meets with them to have sex in the company vehicle. I also have been told to pick up a trailer that was cracked all the way across from one side to another and then was told to bring it back to the lot from pennslyvania where i was with it. But at the time dispatch could not tell me what was wrong with it. She always did this to me and then wanted me to drive it back for her. I almost went off in the median that day because of the crack and that is also where the fifth wheel is located. They could care less if someone gets killed or if a whole bunch of people get killed for that matter. My window was broken, mirror broken, and some one was getting in our trucks and throwing our logs, hammers, and gloves out on the ground. They would put water and water bottles in our fuel tanks, pull fifth wheel latches and everything else. No cameras or fencing is on the property. My theory is that someone who works there was doing it. A driver who lost his seniority by leaving and coming back. This driver is also the best friend to the mechanic. Have had stuff stolen out of the trucks and none of them lock except for one man and his name is david rickard out of front royal. I have been discriminated against as a women, sexually harrassed by the safety man, do harm to others because of dispatch and the owner would not call me back about any of this stuff. This has been the worst experience of my life and i am thinking of filing a lawsuit for all this craziness cause i have had to be put on medicine by my doctor because of the stress of getting into one of these trucks knowing someone was in it and stole things and threw my crap out the door. Hope they are happy now cause i am
