Complete ripoff handyman and car mechanic

Lou Loudermilk is a complete jerk and worthless mechanic. He worked on my car a few times and each time was a disaster until I said no more working on my car. He broke a suspension bolt and the A/C bracket and instead of fixing it, he bought new parts and charged me for the part he broke and more labor! He will also tell you that he can fix a water heater, but wants $80 to replace the heating elements! Some mechanic, some friend! He has no mechanical license but thinks that he deserves to bill people at the professional rate.
