Repo'd my son's car required catch up 2 pmts in to return

Placed several collection calls to my home after I wired in money on my son's truck 5 months ago. I am not signed on the loan. Had to threaten to sue to get them to stop.

Repo'd his truck when it was 2 months past due, required past due 2 payments in advance, $375 repo fee.

I called to get a phone number to wire in $, was screamed at, told the account couldn't be discussed with me, I wasn't signed on the loan. I told them I didn't want to discuss the account, I only wanted to send in $1000.

This person "Vicki" claimed she was upper management, argued about giving me a phone number, then proceeded to chew me out about hos I raised my son.

She said if I had taught him right to begin with this wouldn't be happening.

I wired the money, it paid that day. She then refused to talk to my son for 5 days when he called trying to get his vehicle released, running up a $194 storage fee.

Repo company damaged the tail gate, stole a diamond rind, and pried the diamond out of another ring in the car.

My son called to file a complaint, they won't call him back.

I sent a letter to their corporate office, stating that I fully intended to file suite!
