We bought an extended warrantee for our Lincoln. This Company has yet to pay for a single thing that has went wrong. I understand that they are being investigated by the Texas attorney General so it is just a matter of time. They portray themself to be this huge company and try to transfer you between dept when you call but it is run by a crook Dad and his two sons only...

They are all that work there. This is not just me. My brother-in-law is a used car dealer and they have never paid on any problem with any car he has had... He has had to come out of pocket to cover these losers. Suit is being filed..
