Hi, I hold an account with UPS India and till date have sent 2 parcels through them, the delivery was smooth but apart from that nothing is right about their back office services, firstly I was billed for wrong freight charges, than they told me in writing that yes I was right and I need to pay the lower amount as mentioned in my contract with them, these parcels were sent in the month of may and the new payment was agreed and paid by me in june itself, till date I have been chased by their account's staff claiming Shortfall in payment, and once I explain them they agree and assure me That they won't be disturbing me again for the said payment, but every forth-night someone from the accounts department calls me for the same reason, I have written nothing less that 14 mails right from their sales department to customer service to account's department, but all to no use I have a proof of all my communication's to them but they are least bothered about client's, So finally I have switched to FEDEX which is costlier but professional, So MR. Scott Davis (C E O, UPS) a personal advice / request if this continous the same way it will be soon time to wind up in INDIA.By the way my account number with UPS INDIA is W3594A.
