Budget Truck Rental
Failed to provide truck

After creating a reservation online to hire a truck, and getting a verification to get a truck, Budget didn't give a truck. I'd actually experimented with stop the reservation, however they would not enable it until they charged me a $50 fee. After I came to get the truck, the clerk advised me that somebody must have named me once they were not able to supply the truck. Afterwards I came across a $50 cost to my charge card. Budget decided to take it off, but stated it required 5 business days for it showing up.
