I am being accused of scratching a Moving Truck Box that already had plenty of scratches before i rented the truck. When the truck was being checked for scratches before i was about to take the truck, the Budget employee rushed observing for scratches and i helped him searched for all scratches present at the time. I treated the moving truck as my own and was never driven in any tight spots and i assure you the truck during my rental was never damaged. I returned the truck when Budget was closed, then the following day the Manager informed me of a new scratch and that i will be charged for repairs. This company (Budget) has a known history for scamming customers for a long time now and nothing is being done to protect customers. Please stop this ongoing scam and protect future customers.
