My significant other ordered flowers from JUSTFLOWERS.com weeks in advance to be delivered to me on Valentine's Day. The flowers never arrived. Noone from the company ever called him or me, the recipient, and they had numbers for both. For three days we tried to get through to the customer service line only to listen to a recording that said "due to the holiday and high volume of calls, you will need to call back or send us an email with your customer service complaint, " and then it would hang up on us. We continued to call on the hour and sent an email. Finally, three days later I was able to get through to a representative only to be told that the flowers were delivered. THEY WERE NOT, and when I protested, she said she would have to call the local florist who was supposed to deliver it the following morning and get back with us. She refused to refund the ~$65 they charged to his credit card. After reading many complaints, this seems to be a pattern with this company, & we still have not received a refund. I strongly urge you do not use this company!
