I financed a car through this company. I have had this account for 5 years. I experienced a hardship and was struggling to make my "final 3 payments". They repossessed my car without sufficient notification, and when I called to make arrangements - I was told "that's what your car note was for". This company is notorious for doing this. My sister financed a car through them and she missed one payment and they did the same thing. It appears they like having you pay this high percentage rate and invest thousands of dollars - only so they can pick up the car and resale it. To do again.

What's worse, I was told that I had 10 days to pay the remaining balance or else my car would be sold to auction. I get that is protocol, but I don't understand why they have already removed my personal belongings from the vehicle and this is just day 4?? Why are my belongings in one location and the vehcle already at an auction?
