Additional Costs

I totaled my vehicle in May. I believed that it was protected under-insurance, but after coping with the insurance organization (another whole tale) and discovering that it had beennot, I was ready to pay-off the remaining of the automobile. I posted 2 big funds, one in September plus one in July, to pay for it down and obtained the name along with a look for a benefit discount. It has been nearly a few months since I have reduced the automobile and also have not noticed anything from their store until nowadays after I got a notice declaring they were attempting to negotiate a debt of $80? I named and was informed that I had been billed that quantity for an appraiser that went to gauge the problems to my car to determine if it had been salvageable before they got the vehicle. I settled it down and also have the name, why could they "consider" it? And why am I being billed for this int he first-place? I reduced the mortgage and had the vehicle junked in a local junkyard. I hardly understand why I am being billed for this...
