Terrible experience

My partner got a 1996 Vehicle thru them around June 0f 2002. He feel sleeping in the wheel & destroyed the vehicle. He'd it towed to some Company T N Byrider suggested. While he named T N Byrider they stated the vehicle was totaled based on the technician. He was underneath the presumption T N Byrider delivered the estimation t/problems to Nationwide Insurance & they obtained a benefit about the vehicle.

Around 2004 John & I went inside to obtain another automobile & then they changed the tale & informed him he owed between $2500.00 - $3000.00 stability Nationwide did not benefit. He no further has any paperwork. Therefore the woman there appeared it for Steve & I & she stated that vehicle was reduced entirely & no stability was owed. Therefore in 2004 I had been taking a look at our credit history online & noticed the vehicle inside. We returned to T N Byriders & the lady again stated the vehicle was reduced entirely & we noticed it using the PC within their workplace.

The supervisor arrived & informed the worker she's not to permit clients to determine what's on the displays. I've approached Nationwide Insurance & they declare nothing was actually settled by them. I do want to understand where we are able to obtain outdated documents for that insurance provider. T N Byrider has since closed-in Coalition, Ohio & no additional T N Byrider has their info. Nationwide is attempting to assist n/this issue but no-one can discover the store operator or documents from that shop. Their credit has become damaged reason for this.
