I ordered and AMEX gift card online for a relative. After emtering my credit card info., the next screen came up and told me that the order could not be processed. I re - ordered the card and then got an email telling me I had placed two orders. I called immediatly and customer service told me that I could not change the order and he would be shipped the two cards. This puts me in a very embarrassing situation because now I have to call the person and tell them not to use one of the cards! What kind of outdated system does AMEX have that they can't make changes to orders just placed! Shame on them. I will not ever order another gift card from them.
