Kim Buyer Beware

I bought a car from GMDC auto sales and it had keyless entry, alarm and AC in Feb, the day i went to pick up the car it do not start properly, so when we brought it to the managers attention (Kim) she had her mechanic analize it and he came to the conclusion that the alarm and keyless entry would be disconnected, and they would fix it a t a later date, we agreed, i called Kim In feb and asked to have it repaired or a credit for the issues with no results,

I also asked her for my pay off. Because i panned on paying the car in full and was told that unless i made 2 payments she would not release the informaion, I did say to give me a break down of the fee principal and interest with no repsonse, I did call numerous time and eighter left a message with no return call and if i did happen to get through i was hung up on, At ths point i am looking for a refund of $900.00 and no longer want the car.
