U-RIDE MOTOR, STEPHEN HORIZONS, HORIZONS CARS & VANS are ripoffs with bad customer service!

I purchased a 1998 Mazda 626 from Horizon Cars & Vans in February. I was car was 4699, which I put down a down payment of $2000.00 dollars. I orginally agreed to make my payment on a monthly basic for 6 mths. The same day I got the car it was running hot, so I took it back to the dealer.

The mechanic there was a very nice gentleman and he was trying to find out the problem which he could not find out what it was. I had to drive the car with the AC on so that it will not run hot. Two weeks later after running hot problem, as I was going to work the car would not move from the traffic light, I check the transmission fluid to see if it was out, but it was full. So I call for assistance.

I had the car towed to the auto shop when I found out the transmission was gone. So that same day I went to the car lot by bus and told them what had happen. I told them I have to over $2000.00 to get this fix, and that I could not pay the payment monthly because but I can pay weekly, she said okay no problem. I was told that I have to pay $126.00. My car got repossed on April 1. I never recieve a notice that I was behind or anyhing. I went to the car lot on weekly basic to pay my payment. I paid them $200.00 for a tag and 281.94 for taxes on this car. To this present day of April 22 I have not recieve my tag which I am entitle to.

I was ripped off like a lot of people from this dealership. When I call went to the office no one want to talk to me, so I called the police. The officers request that I file a suit on this place and call the better business bureau on them. The female stated that when she see people buying cars from she just wish she couls stop them because they will have to return to this business. I think this dealership should be invetigated for tag and insurance fraud as well.
