State Farm Insurance Carl Bailey Adjuster ripoff, 4 different violations against them unfair insurance act, without handicapped van ripoff

State Farm Insured person ran our in front of me and I hit them, it was clearly the fault of the person. But when it came to the adjuster Carl Bailey of Kalispell, MT, he frist totaled the van, it and than used unfair insurance practice to receive what the van was worth, way below the amount. This was refused than he had the van towed to his auto body shop, and than the person there preceeded to tell Bailey what was part of the accident and Mr. Bailey said no, he didnt think that was part of the accident and than totaled it again.

Then had the shop return the van back to our home where it sat for a week, we then took it to a local shop OHS Auto Body Shop, where they looked at it and gave us a bid all but for the high top, as it was damaged but they did not do that kind of work and didnt know what to do about it. This was given to Mr. Bailey, where he refused to pay for the damages that was caused by the accident, he dictacted what he would pay for and than stated if we didnt want to take what he was offering that we could take him to court, and let our disabled equip van just set and rust, for it would take several montha to get this through the courts.

Mr. Bailey has at least 4 different violations on the unfair insurance act, but yet people and companys like this continue to get away with ripping off the people, I say to take down some one is to take the money from them, boycott the State Farm Insurance do not buy there coverage and put them out of business.

They rip off people that cannot replace what they have lost and they do not care one bit what harm they have done, they just sweep it under the rug. I am with out a handicapped van for my 14 year old daughter, I do not have the money to fix the van correctly as it is needed. Kalispell, MT
