While negotiating a price for a used vehicle with Blake Hollenbeck (owner) Blake Hollenbeck Auto Sales, I specifically asked if the vehicle has ever been in an accident or had any body/collision work done, his response was "No". After I purchased the vehicle and did a more thorough examination and cleaning of the vehicle, I discovered that the vehicle had collision/body work.

I would not have purchased the vehicle had I known it had been involved in an accident, and I purchased it because Blake Hollenbeck insured me that it hadn't been involved in an accident or body work.

I contacted the bank (Chase) to see if they could help me recover a percentage of the total amount to cover the needed repairs due to the body work, and that the owner lied about and misrepresented the vehicles condition.
