Ripoff No One said anything about not having a warranty

A buddy of mine bought 4 Toyo T-1S Ultra High Performance Tires from Town Fair Tire. After spending around $800, they did not tell my friend about offering NO Warranty on these tires. THey said that if there were any problems that Toyo would cover it under the manufacturers warranty.

2 weeks later we went back after the tire blew up and they did nothing. Said that they never said anything about the manufacturers warranty and told us there was nothing he could do.
