Monk rental vehicle in Colorado offered us an automobile that had electric issues. The gates wouldn't secure using the key less accessibility. We'd 2 bags taken since we believed the vehicle was secured. Whenever we delivered the vehicle, 3 Monk workers informed us there's been electric issues with the Hyundai Elantras.

I talked for the supervisor, Mitch Osborn, he explained that there's nothing wrong using the vehicles. I talked to his supervisor, Lisa Curtis, who had been really rude and might constantly disrupt me when I was outlining the problem.

They're hiring vehicles with identified issues.
