Mold Found On Sub Ordered In Des Moines

I just ordered a sub from Dominoes in Des Moines, Iowa. When I received my sub there was mold on it. This is in violation of every food quality law out there. How do they expect me to purchase any Dominoes products in the future. I also have a picture of it but it won't let me upload it.
