Asked For References, Used REFERENCES as CONTACTS (was told just references)

I also fell victom to their VULTURE activities. They may call themselves "SAINTS" ect... But what they are doing is DEFRAUDING those with financial problems. They claim they are paying out $.$ for this vehicle so you can have it, but in reality... CNAC was created by its parent company... JD BYRIDER.

They run two seperate names so they can legally stick you when they are "pretty sure" you will probably fall down in the deal. This so-called loan is not an outside endorsement but an internal transfer back and forth of funds within the same organization.

When I went into just look at what they had, they used high pressure sales tactics on me to get me to go for a car. They came out with a saturn which i thought was a nice little car and i went ahead and gone with the purchase of this vehicle.

In this purchase, they asked for 10 references. They told me it was just personal references so i went ahead and gave them the references. What they did not tell me was that they would use my reference list as a "CONTACT" list. Granted, I fell into hard times, and immediately returned the car when i knew there was NO possible way that i could pay for the car and feed my family at the same time. (sorry but a 3 and 4 year old need to eat, its not like i can buy anything but pay some bills and feed my kids right now)

Since then, CNAC has implied that i pay the car ANYWAY reguardless if my kids eat or not, and they persist to contact my friends several times a week to try to "get ahold of me."

I guess my only option for the future is to have my friends charge them a messenger service fee. They never asked to be bugged several times a week...
