Gforce chips rude and untrustworthy

The website looks like a legitimate and professionl site. Well the contact people are not. They are very rude and not helpful at all when you call. I did not receive the chip until after it showed on our credit card, which was like almost six weeks or more. Then they tell you that you can only return it within 14 days. They count that from the time they send it not the from the time you receive it. I emailed them about it not working and they told me to try this and then that and of course it went way past the 14 days, so then they would not take it as a return and refund my money. They told me to return it and they would send another that maybe that one was defective. That was about a week ago and still have nothing to show for my money... Not a very happy person. I will check things out further before I order from anyone again. This company has made me not trust anyone any more.
