After reading their info about their product I decided to buy 3 GForce Chips 2 for me & one as a Xmas gift. I did alittle checking & found out they had a real bad rating as far as Product living up to what they said, Customer Service, return policey. So on 12/14 I got the Chips, no place on the package or instructions does it tell you which chip goes in which auto so I call. 1st call went like this "Snelson there is a 6 hour phone wait. Click" They hung up. I call back & this time I get to tell them what the issue is. Their response was " Look at your Email the info is there, Click" Needless to say I'm kind of hot. So I package everything up & send them a Email telling them I sending the chips back. There response was, fine. We will refund you in 14 days with a 25% re stocking fee. Where did that come from? No place in there info does it mention a restocking fee."100% money back" I now agree with everything I read about them... They no doubt are the worse bunch of people to deal business with.
