Bid on ripoff repair of my vehicle should have been totaled took 8 months to get back, still not fixed, stuck with a damaged new car rip-off

I got into a car accident one month after purchasing my minivan, and it was towed to east coast where they said they could fix it, well 8 months passed with no vehicle and finally they returned it to me with major electrical malfunctions and a power window that does not stay on track and all of my diagnostic system lights come on frequently. The problem is that they took the money from my insurance company then they requested more because of "hidden damage" and still my van is not fixed. They even promised to add a vehicle entertainment unit at no cost for my inconveniences and i am still waiting for it.

They received well over 10,000.00 dollars to fix a car they should have totalled and do not want to take further responsibility in fixing the problems that wwere supposed to have a lifetime warranty (as long as i own the car)!! I could have gotten a new car now i am paying on a broken down vehicle that is no longer worth anything. What can i do its not right or fair!!
