The Other Side of my Story

I just wrote a review of one particular Monro shop that treated me very unfairly on one occasion. So now, the other side. I have used the Monro in Benwood, WV for many years. They are courteous, helpful, and very trustworthy. Their work has always been excellent, and they explain everything to me before they do anything. After they fix an issue, it is never an issue again. Also, in my experience, they do not try to force unnecessary work on you. They tell you what needs fixed, and what should be fixed. Their prices are very reasonable. I have spent a lot of money there, but I have never felt that it was wasted. If you sign up online you get extra discounts and specials.
