Overcharging

M rented a car from your company on 10th june and returned it on 7th july.
The car rental fee plus insurance was prepaid from Canada.

During my travels a slight collision occured with another vehicle near York which resulted in a quite small paint scratch near the left front wheel well of which I have photos local estimates fom car dealers indicated a charge of no more than 100 pounds as there was no metal damage whatsoever. There was no police investigation as the damage to both vehicles was minor. I was not at fault which the other vehicle driver of course disputed. The car was returned to Manchester airport with between 1/2 and 3/4 full of petrol. My credit card has been billed by avis at manchester airport for the absolute maximum of 800 pounds which I believe to be incorrect or possibly I feel i may be the victim of a possible scam by someone my rental confirmation number 3784692CA0
I AM REQUESTING YOU TO INVESTIGATE WHY I WAS CHARGED 800 POUNDS FOR A REPAIR WHICH SHOULD NOT HAVE EXCEEDED A MAXIMUM OF 100 POUNDS I AWAIT YOUR RESPONSE
