I was in a minor accident while renting a car from avis at manchester airport the accident resulted in a minor 4 inch paint scratch at the front wheel well i was not at fault for the accident there was no repeat no metal damage at all and my credit card was billed for 800 pounds (the max deductible under the rental vehicle insurance agreement.
I feel this a gross overcharging by someone in avis billing this to my credit card after i returned to canada

I have photos of the paint scratch and i prepaid the rental and insurance from canada there was between 1/2 to 3/4 of a tank of petrol when i returned the car my rental confirmation number is 3784692CA0.
I await a response from manchester airport avis car rental before i proceed with further action
