Gateway Management This company is selling warranties on auto and semi trucks and then failing to uphold the warranties

I bought a warranty on a used Semi Truck from Premium Gateway Management on May. I had a truck issue and file a claim for the warranty on August and Gateway/Premium 2000 had yet to pay the claim. I have took legal action against them. I Found out that 7 other people have had this same problem with this company. The court has ordered them to go to arbutation, They have file an appeal and are still refusing to pay the claim.
