"FCF Insurance..." Harrassment after BK filing

The poster above is right. I did a CA business search and discovered that they do NOT have a license with the CA Dept of Real Estate/Financial Services.

This company has done nothing but harass me since I first opened the loan. I get paid the 15th and last day of the month, so my payments were usually 2-3 days late. They repossessed the car twice, both times illegally searching the vehicle. Some electronics were stolen the second time it was taken as well. They then made it extremely difficult to get the car back, even after receiving the past due balance/fees etc. Simple interest loan, yeah right!

Finally, I filed BK, and they have the nerve to report the account negatively—a violation of bankruptcy law. Not only that, but they are attempting to remove the automatic stay. Their filing paperwork contained inaccurate vehicle information and now I know why. My lawyer has never seen such ruthless creditors in all his years of practice.

Now that I know about their fraudulent practices, they will be hearing from me (and attorney)!
