False Information from customer service

Don't utilize lufthansa, I simply got royally screwed by them. After I initially arranged my solution I had been informed that for $250 I really could rebook my return trip to get a later day. I've simply attempted to rebook my return trip and was informed they be much more then pleased to do this for $560 along with the $250, which essentially is nearly around a roundtrip ticket.
