On or around 09-06-11 approximately 0915 time, i reached car area #3421 to truly have a battery examined. Edgar {asst store mngr) had hardly any understanding of screening batteries along with having difficulty using the computer. I had been postponed in the shop to get a very long time because of bad customer support and incorrect instruction of its workers.
