Monday Went to Ki-Po Motors, Saw a car I wanted, put down money, Wednesday I changed my mind and called to cancel the deal, and I was not refunded my down payment. I called within the 3 Business day limit. They claimed to have made repairs to the car.

They kept my $1000 deposit and after fighting with my credit card company I was awarded $180 back.

Anyway, turns out another person I know bought the car, and the tranmission went on it within a month.
