This pay and drive Auto dealer, charges 300 percent over the retail price on cars he buys at auction price. Cars like o8-9 he sells for as much as a new car. Some cars are not safe for the road (ie) bad or no brakes, faulty strutc, etc.

He charged one lady 250 dollars for a 125 repo job. He over charges for repair work, etc. But check it out yourself.
