Poor information, refused to give refund

Obtained very simple info from "specialist". After I described I had been well past his data within the reasoning pine, used to do not obtain a response. Visited another view, got an instantaneous reaction. Data was spoton. Problem solved. Required fixya to return my $20.00. First I had been informed I'd not been billed, (fake) Subsequently after calling them two more occasions I had been informed these were not able to comprehend my issue. I dont think they're a trustworthy company, BE CAREFUL!
