The internet data mentioned when this team could not repair the problem the $19.95 wouldn't be billed.
The very first "specialist" hung-up on me. The 2nd was not able to resolve the computer issue. I sent the 2nd man and allow him realize that his recommendation hadnot worked which I'd just like a reimbursement of the costs to my charge card. I rec'd a contact from Fixya stating when _I_ had set the issue to allow _them_ understand?
No refund was forthcoming...
