Fort Worth Nissan
Deceptive sales practice, failure to disclose hail damage on "New"

Cars & Transport

Inability to reveal hail injury on new-vehicle purchase and misleading sales training.

Buy A 2011 Pathfinder from Fort Worth Nissan. The automobile was dirty just before my purchase. Didn't remember any harm just before "make-ready" when the salesman delivered with my recently acquired automobile I observed dents about the cover (more than 20) clearly this vehicle has hail injury the seller didn't reveal. The salesman refused any harm. He wrote me an email on the scrap bit of document (provide automobile for reduction fix) accepting it was a I.O.U. Went my "New come damaged automobile house" certainly there is over 5000.00 value of hail damage. Whoa I'm obtained. I am just one mother-of three kids and clearly was cheated.

Thanks Fort Worth Nissan.
