The vehicle that we purchased was grossly misrepresented both in writing and orally during phone calls. Once we drove the 125 miles to pick up the vehicle, it was then we noticed at least 10 exceptions to his statements regarding the vehicle's condition.

In an attempt to resolve the issue, we offered that if Pro Cars forgave the remaining $150 balance due, we would take the vehicle. It was only 30 minutes later that we discovered there was no overdrive. Approximately another 30 minutes later, the car started smoking. We pulled over and discovered that the transmission was blowing fluid all over the exhaust and undercarriage of the vehicle, causing all the smoke.

The transmission fluid was clean, but overfilled.By this time, a return trip to the car lot would have been in vain as they would have been closed by the time we got there. When we finally got home with the vehicle we called his cell phone and left a message. This call was the only one he returned because he needed the license plate number off another vehicle we had parked to transfer it.

When I told him I didn't want to give him the license number, because of the additional problems wrong with the vehicle, he said he would have to talk to his boss. He never phoned back.

There were several additional phone calls on our part, but it became apparent they were not interested in taking the car back and refunding our money. E-mails we sent resulted in one response in which he did not address any of our concerns.

We went to Ebay and proved our case. Ebay resolved in our favor, with a partial refund of the amount we paid for the vehicle. However, we are still stuck with the car and less the deductible that was not refunded to us.
We are continuing to pursue this matter through our credit card company.

We would have NEVER purchased this vehicle from him had it been accurately described on Ebay.
