Fraudulent misrepresentation of vehicle

"Bob Botsford" sold a car on eBay described as a low-mileage (20K) excellent condition car. The vehicle in question actually had well over 100 K miles, rust throughout, a damaged frame, leaking and burning oil, leaking coolant, leaking brake fluid, leaking transmission fluid. The interior, described as a good original, actually consists of seat covers over a tattered original interior. The seller intentionally lied about the vehicle in his written and telephone description and ceased communication after he had received a money transfer. He apparently is selling other cars on the Net and other potential buyers should be cautious in dealing with such an unscrupulous individual.
