(individual) Ianos Perczi ripoff i'm out thousands of dollars that i could've used to put myself through at least some school

I am 19 years old and I bought a 1995 Mercedes C280 that he said was in mint condition and had had all regular maintenance performed at the correct time. As soon as i got it back home things started going wrong. First, when I put it in gear it died and I had to get a rebuilt transmission put in costing me $3500 (They told me the whole tranny was junk). Then I had to get a new water pump costing $400. The radio shorts out 8 or 9 times a day, it pulls to the right, and it needs a new catalytic converter. I was also told there is a wiring problem that i need to fix but i just lost my job and can't afford any more repairs, AND now the ignition won't even turn. There are too many things wrong with this car to list them all and I just wanted to know if there is any way I can screw him as bad or worse than he screwed me.

By the way, I recently found a list online of several recalls for my car that no one ever bothered to tell me about. If you could help me it wuld be greatly appreciated.
