Ripoff

We had damage to our 96 nissan pathfinder, the front head light and the rear brake light, and back rear driver side window is out. Along came Tony (Anthony) A & A Auto glass and said he could fix it for us for $495.00. My husband signed a contract with him on March 12 and paid him $265.00. He said he would be back on March 16 @ 3.00 p. M to complete work on pathfinder and collect the remaining balace of $230.00.

Tony (Anthony) A & A Auto glass has not showed up. He has called four times since then saying he would be there in a couple of hours never comes. He was suppose to be ther today 3/24 @ 2.00 P.M. And thank god I did not hold my breath. All I want is my money back so I could go buy parts my self. Please Help
