*He ruined my honda civic engine.*

I paid him to replace the timing belt and water pump in November
and all the belts flew off while I was driving on the freeway soon after
repair.

It turns out that he did not tighten the timing bolt. This caused the
pulley to come loose damaging the crank shaft and ruining the harmonic
balancer.

I now have to replace my engine.

I won the suit against him in small claims back in March of this year and have not seen a dime.

My vehicle is still not operating and he has made no effort in paying me
for the damage. I even tried to have him replace the engine (SHAME ON
ME), and he has been missing in action!

I'm still without my vehicle - it has been almost 8 months without my car.
