Ripoff denied brand new car repair under warranty Brighton Aurora

I am buying a 2003 Chrysler Sebring. I have had it since October. I purchased this vehicle from Shortline in Aurora.

The car had some items that needed to be fixed, for example the oil leak.

They stated I would need to take it to a Chrysler dealership because it is under the 36,000 mile/warranty.
On several occassions I did take it in for them to only say it was my transmission lines. They were replaced but I continued to have oil leaks.

Again taken in for the oil leak and a concern that every time I stop it feels as if someone is slamming into me from behind.

Again nothing done.

About a month ago I was driving to work when I turned the corner for it to only make a loud popping noise, it pushed out a big black puff of smoke and died.
It was towed to Johnson Auto Plaza to only find that I did not have an oil filter.

Although the manager did state it's possible with the leaking that occurred the oil filter could have came off.

They, Johnson's Auto Plaza is refusing to fix my car because they believe that it is not Chrysler's expense although it is under warranty.

I also spoke to the finance company, Arcadia and they will not assist because they feel it is a Chrysler expense because it is still under the 36,000 mile warranty.

Shortline will not fix it because they sent me to a Chrysler dealership for these because once again it is under warranty.

I do not know where to turn. Please help me.
