Misrepresented ability to sell my car Roanoke

This company called me and offered their car selling services. The representative stated that they had buyers actively looking for a car like mine (2010 Honda Accord) and that these buyers were screened and qualified. I was told that they would direct these buyers to me.

After 2 weeks I received NO inquiries from prospective purchasers. When I asked for a refund, I was told that I did not purchase the "refundable package". I chose the cheaper non-refundable package based on the (mis) representation of the huge demand they had for my vehicle.

I would not use these people for anything. They clearly lied about the services they could deliver.
