CJA Finance Took payments out before due date, tried again 4 days later. Claim account in default... Repo

My car was repossessed in March. I paid the fees to get it back. I signed a new payment agreement. CJA finance agreed to take the payments on agreed dates. They fail to do so and I made a call to remind them to run the payments on my credit card. They missed another date and I wrote them a letter on June 20 reminded them they are not holding up to their agreement. They took two payments prior to the agreed date and attempted to take another payment 4 days later. They repossessed my car from the parking lot in another state while I was attending a track meet on July 29th. I offered to make the payments current and they said I was in default for not making the payments when it was their responsibility to deduct it out of my account.
