Express Finance repossessed my vehicle, a 2002 Volvo S40, on July 21. According to Maria Cruz of Express Finance, the vehicle was repossessed due to nonpayment in December and May. Additionally, Express Finance claims the car was uninsured and added insurance to the fees. I have had insurance coverage since I bought the vehicle in first with Bristol West and later with AAA. Enclosed please find proof of the December payment that was faxed to Express Finance on January 28 proving that the payment was made to the prior finance company, bank records reflecting the May payment, and copies of my proof of insurance.

The repossession of my vehicle by Express Finance was fraudulent. My interactions with Express Finance, and specifically Maria Cruz, have been problematic ever since I began dealing with them. On numerous occasions I have been hung up on and requests for information have been refused. I have been harassed on multiple occasions with daily phone calls stating they have not received payment, yet the payments have cleared my bank.

I have found the company to be discriminatory, deceitful, duplicitous and dishonest.
